Frustrated by life unemployed in a small Irish border town Vinnie (Stephen Brennan) and Arthur (Eamon Morrisey) see “Roustabout”, a movie where Elvis Presley rides a fairground Wall of Death – to the amazement of the local community, they proceed to build their very own Wall of Death on the outskirts of town.
