Emir Kusturica – Bila jednom jedna zemlja AKA Underground [TV series] (1995)
The story follows an underground weapons manufacturer in Belgrade during WWII and evolves into fairly surreal situations. A black marketeer who smuggles the weapons to partisans doesn’t mention to the workers that the war is over, and they keep producing. Years later, they break out of their underground “shelter” — only to convince themselves that the war is still going on.

Until informed about it recently, I wasn’t aware of this much-longer-than-the-feature-film version. I hope the DL links will still be valid.
As soon as I saw this upgrade, I heard the opening lines of Mesečina in my head and got the sudden urge to smash a bottle of rakija into someone’s face and rip off my shirt to helicopter it over my head.
