SYNOPSIS:
When a comet passes the earth very closely, it pulls a small part of North Africa with it. Carried along is a bunch of people. Among them Angelika, who just escaped from a ruthless weapon dealer’s ship, and her two brothers, who are searching her. Then there’s a group of natives, who plan a rebellion against the French colonists. All these conflicts become secondary when the people finally realize that they are doomed to live together on an alien planet. However this time of peace and world-happiness won’t last for long…

Synopsis:
There are still water spirits among us. One group lives in Prague, led by Mr. Wassermann, who is using his wife’s family as a servants. All they need is their old house near the river. But the house is to be demolished. They have to stop it. And the only way is to drown Dr. Mrácek, who is responsible for the demolition. But he falls in love with Wassermann’s niece Jana. He changes to fish, is mistaked for water spirit from Germany, is drowned and revived again. The other problem is the flour with ears… and so on…

Review:
Pretty much as good as it gets! All sorts of bizarre shenanigans revolving around people who live underwater and live to drown people. All sorts of great, clever effects. I’m not so sure what to even say to recommend it because I feel like so much of the beauty was having all of the great twists sprung on you. I can say this though, pretty easily; absolutely great comedy, I laughed the whole way through. Typically rockin’ 1970’s opening song.
