Earth’s civilization of the future sends a cyborg back to the 1960s to change the future.

Quote:
Garth A7 (Michael Rennie), a cyborg from the future world of 2087, travels back in time to 1966 to prevent Professor Sigmund Marx (Eduard Franz) from revealing his new discovery, an idea that will make mind control possible and create a tyranny in Garth’s time. He is pursued by two “Tracers” (also cyborgs) out to stop him.

Garth enlists the help of Dr. Sharon Mason (Karen Steele), Marx’s assistant. He gets her to summon her friend, medical doctor Zeller (Warren Stevens) to operate on him to remove a homing device used by the Tracers to track him. The local sheriff (Wendell Corey) also becomes involved.

Garth defeats the Tracers and convinces Professor Marx to keep his discovery secret. Then, with his future wiped out as a result, Garth ceases to exist; the people who helped him do not even remember him.

Jean Evans (Phyllis Coates) – who is referred to as Panther Girl by the natives – is a daring wild life photographer working out of the wilds of Western Africa. Her work for the International Foundation quickly becomes of the utmost importance when a brand new species of massive crayfish is discovered! This means that Jean is now tasked with getting some footage to send back – but when it comes to shooting giant crayfish, that’s easier than it sounds. As such, she enlists the aid of her intrepid explorer friend, Larry Sanders (Myron Healey).

Soon enough, the natives, led by Chief Danka (Roy Glenn), are wondering if Larry has magical powers and if he and Panther Girl are capable of taking out the giant crayfish that have been wreaking havoc on the local native populace. If not, they’ll probably kick the two of them out, which would put Jean into a bad spot with her employers. What neither she nor anyone else really knows, however, is that there’s a mad scientist named Dr. Morgan (Arthur Space) running about who has sinister reasons for getting everyone out of the area – and those reasons involve diamonds! And doggone it, if he has to create a bunch of giant crayfish to get rid of these pesky natives and their friends to cash in on that stash of gems, he’ll do it!…

Presented in its original twelve part serial format and running one hundred and sixty-eight minutes in length.

Carolyn Ellenson double-crosses five people who cross her path and is murdered by one of them. After marrying Harlow Grant for his money, she leaves him but carries on her infidelities so cleverly he can not divorce her. When Grant falls in love with Louise Nelson, art-studio employee, Carolyn demands a prohibitive cash settlement and large alimony payments. Then tiring of her art-critic lover, Wayne Vincent, who has jeopardized his own career touting her art-studio business, Carolyn leaves him to pursue Dick Sawyer and break-up his engagement to Betty Allen. All of these five people have motives for murdering Carolyn and the police choose Grant as the logical suspect. But another person comes forward to confess to the killing for personal reasons, but he didn’t do it. The real killer feels secure but must remove the murder-weapon from the studio before the police discover it.
