Plot: When the Japanese Metropolitan Police Department is confronted by a series of mysterious kidnappings of the teenage children of some various wealthy and powerful businessmen, they call upon the services of a vary unique crime fighting taskforce. While officially referred to simply as “PG” (The Private Government), they call themselves the “Playgirl”. Lead by former L.A.P.D. policewoman Sagara Haruka, the team is comprised of a bevy of sexy and beautiful undercover agents, each specializing in various skills. Kaoru is the statuesque and leggy beauty who is a master of disguise; Yumiko is the tough as nails, CSI technician and computer whiz; Natsumi is the lethal yet stunning and hip ko-gal and Aya is the motorcycle riding young rookie. Together they tackle the criminals that the police are unable to. The Playgirl attempt to track down the mysterious extortionists but soon discover that the kidnappers are being led by a former lover of Haruka, who has comeback to Japan for revenge. Can Haruka and the other Playgirls stop this rouge cop and save the life of his latest kidnapped victim, Mimura?

Yakuza in Yokohama. Shinkokai executive Kenji Shimada met Asako seven years ago when the group was just starting out. Kenji was a thug in the Kohoku group, but the group suddenly disbanded. Ninomiya, an executive, moved to the Kanto Rengo, and fellow executive Kusuhara took Kenji and Hideo with him to the Shinkokai. One day, Kenji forcefully raped Asako, a hostess at a pink salon, but fell in love with her angel-like kindness. Kenji and Hideo start playing catch bar “Kuroneko”, but Asako gets caught by the detective. Asako, who returned to “Kuroneko”, was defrauded of 200,000 yen by Yoko, her fellow pinsaro, and she was beaten by Kenji. Kenji worked hard to collect money for his older brother, Kusuhara. However, Kusuhara uses this money to lose at a gambling house in the Kanto Union and ends up owing Ninomiya 5 million yen. Kenji sells Asako to a soapland in order to make money. Kusuhara goes to return the money to Ninomiya, but is brutally killed. Kenji stabs Ninomiya to death on the train while they are on a family vacation. Kenji, who has been released from prison after completing a seven-year sentence, hears from Yoko about Asako’s whereabouts, but finds out that she was hooked up to a bad guy and was hooked on shabu, and is currently recuperating at a sanatorium. When Kenji visited Asako, he seemed to have faint memories of her coming back to him.
