Une moussaka de trente mètres de haut sème la panique et la mort dans les rues d’Athènes… En hommage à la série Z des années 50, Panos Koutras signe une farce survoltée aux effets spéciaux bricolés, devenue une référence dans l’univers du nanar.

À Athènes, dans un laboratoire, des savants en blouses roses se bécotent… Le même soir, dans une boîte gay, la transsexuelle Tara chante en compagnie de ses petites copines Dimis et Chanel. Pendant ce temps, Aris, fils d’un jeune ministre, profite d’une scène de ménage entre ses parents pour se débarrasser de sa dînatoire assiette de moussaka dans le jardin. Survient alors une soucoupe volante qui tente une insondable manipulation. L’opération échoue et la moussaka abandonnée, touchée par un rayon extraterrestre, commence à gigoter puis à se transformer. Gluante, géante, elle se déplace, tuant tout le monde sur son passage…

Meanwhile, Aris, son of a young minister, enjoys a domestic dispute between his parents to get rid of her dinner plate of moussaka in the garden. Then came a flying saucer trying unfathomable manipulation. The operation fails and abandoned moussaka, touched by an alien ray begins to fidget and to transform. Slimy, giant, it moves, killing everyone in its path …
